Abstract

The article focuses on the importance of outsourcing strategies on business organization. It states that outsourcing can be applied in various business process including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing. It mentions several sourcing strategies techniques including quadrant one, which address the disparity in the process, quadrant two, which performs internal process, and quadrant three, which provides many routine process. It also states that outsourcing strategies allow to reconfigure and change the outsourced relationship process and internal process performed by an organization. It discusses several topics such as the rhetoric and reality in outsourcing process..
