Abstract
Places the renowned British modernist practice in its Scottish context, explaining the influence of the principal's education at the Mackintosh School of Architecture, Glasgow and early work experience. It furthermore discusses how they assimilated the incredible architectural tumult of the 1960s and 1970s.
