Abstract

The primary aim of the research was to gather and present the views, attitudes and experiences of a wide range of stakeholders on post-workplace dispute resolution with a focus on employment tribunals in Northern Ireland and to make recommendations for improvements to the system. Detailed aims included:• To explore previous experience of the tribunal system• To explore expectations of the tribunal system• To look at reasons for withdrawal of cases • To consider suggestions for changes to the tribunal system.
