Abstract
God’s Script explores the link between narrative and new media; it is a multi-linear narrative that expands on the alternative structures and conventions presented in hypertext fictions; and contextualises recent developments in narrative and new media thinking, revealing a contemporary understanding of story telling in multiple media forms.God’s Script also raises critical discussions about the way in which web-based literature is presumed to be read as the reader has many ways of experiencing a text and constructing meaning, giving impetus to further investigations into hypertext and hyperreading implications for digital literacy and knowledge construction in online environments.
