Abstract
The temporal consistency of mood variability has never been adequately demonstrated. In order for this construct to be treated as an important individual difference characteristic it should display stability over time. This report provides evidence from two sources of longitudinal mood data that an individual's mood Variations have consistent characteristics. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
