Abstract
The overall aim of this project was to investigate the manifold ways through which young neophyte employees, living in interface areas of Belfast, learn to deal with community group differences in the workplace and further, how such differences are actually managed. This chapter presents the main findings and recommendations from a qualitative research project that distilled and examined the workplace experiences of a selection of neophyte employees together with their more established counterparts.
