Comiskey, David and McCartan, K (2011) Can video be an effective Teaching Aid in Built Environment Education? In: 9th Annual eLearning Conference, University of Ulster. University of Ulster. 1 pp. [Conference contribution]

Abstract
In higher education videos continue to be used to illustrate theories in practice, highlight real examples of graphical representations, provide access of guest experts, and show experiments, scenarios and situations which would not be possible to show in the lecture theatre. To gain a deeper insight into the use of video as a teaching aid, a pilot project was undertaken with BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology & Management students learning to use Revit Architecture.
